# ExpoFP Integration

### What is ExpoFP?

ExpoFP creates interactive floor plans for event organisers. Their floor plans are aimed to locate exhibitors, navigate with wayfinding, make extra cash with sponsorship options and automate the booth reservation process. Click [here](https://expofp.com/) to visit their website.

### How do I use ExpoFP with Eventscase?

Your interactive floor plan can be embedded into your event website and event app.

If you need this for your next event, contact your Project Manager or Account Manager so that we can work with our partners at ExpoFP and give you a quote. Pricing would vary depending on the requirements and complexity of the floor plan.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
ExpoFP offers the possibility to design the floor plan for you. All you need to provide is the blueprint of the venue and stand placements; they will then convert your vision into an interactive floor plan.
{% endhint %}

Here is an example of an ExpoFP floor plan embedded in an Eventscase website: [CLICK HERE](https://eventtechconference.eventscase.com/EN/Eventscasedemo/exhibitors)

The same floor plan can also be accessed from the event app:

### Wayfinding Tool

ExpoFP has an intuitive wayfinding tool which attendees can use on the day of your event to navigate the venue and visit one exhibitor after another. Here is an example below:

{% hint style="info" %}
Since the floor plan is fully responsive, the same wayfinding tool can be used from mobile phones (via the event app).

### How does ExpoFP integrate with Eventscase?

ExpoFP can be integrated with Eventscase. We simply need to give them access to our API and some specific end points.

Before the final floor plan is made available to the public, exhibitors may log into ExpoFP to reserve their stands and even pay for them via payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe.

<figure><img src="/files/8g6Yp1nUEyWOD6ujrlgs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When reserving a stand, exhibitors can provide their company information which will then automatically be exported to the Eventscase platform. This means that by securing their stand in ExpoFP, they will be automatically added as exhibitors in the Eventscase platform, allowing their information to show at the exhibitors module of the Eventscase website and event app (auto population of data):

<figure><img src="/files/ZE3GTTxvwz85FQB88wxV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Attendee-Exhibitor Networking (Optional)

Since exhibitors are automatically imported to Eventscase by using ExpoFP, you may then trigger automatic emails from Eventscase so that exhibitors can modify their information in Eventscase and add staff members to their stand:

Staff members will appear within the exhibitor's page (whether from the website or the event app) for easier networking via the 1-2-1 meeting scheduler. Example below:

### How do you add the interactive floor plan in the event website and event app?

As the event organiser, you can easily extract the link, script or iFrame of your floor plan by logging into ExpoFP and going to the ***Map integration*** section:
